1 to 1 Tutoring

Whether you’re new to Digital Painting or a practicing artist wishing to improve your skills in this field then I can help you hone your craft and provide you with the guidance necessary to push you to where you aspire to be. I am certified with an Honours Degree in Games Design, awarded by the University of Central Lancashire and also have many years of industry experience under my belt, all providing me with knowledge that I am eager to share with you. Perhaps you’re a traditional artist looking into the digital realm of illustration or maybe you’re a student wanting to get ahead of your classmates; I provide hourly 1 to 1 lessons that can be held either online via Skype (free application) or in person if you live local to my area. Feel free to get in touch for further enquiries via my Contact page and we can take it from there. You’ll find that I’m a warm person all too eager to listen and to provide artistic direction/guidance tailored to your own personal goals!

Online Tutoring

I host my online tutoring sessions via Skype, a free application you can download from here: What’s great about Skype is that I am able to share my screen with you to demonstrate techniques to you live. I am also able to explain what I’m doing through the use of a microphone and it is highly reccomended that you use a microphone of your own so we can communicate more effectively. We can also make notes that you can refer back to at a later time in the chat box, something I encourage for when you want to practice techniques discussed in our sessions together.

Local Tutoring (Offline)

Some people prefer face-to-face tutoring where I am able to demonstrate digital painting methods first-hand, this is a service I can provide should you live within 25 minutes drive from: Saltburn-by-the-Sea, North Yorkshire, England. The advantages to this form of teaching is that I can help you properly setup your work station so that digital painting is as relaxed as possible for you.
